For security reasons, all download links become invalid after 7 days - if your link has become invalid and the order is not older than 90 days, please contact us to reactivate it. Orders that are older than 90 days will not be reactivated. Please understand that the 90 day deadline is non-negotiable.

It is your responsibility to be proactive about properly backing up the files you have downloaded. We highly suggest burning all products to disc instead of relying on a hard drive, which can easily crash. Sometimes during download, a zip file can become corrupted. There are many reasons for this, the main ones being:

• Interference on your internet connection
• Drop Outs on your internet connection
• Use of Download Acceleration Software such as Gozilla and Download Accelerator

If your zip file is corrupted, please try to download it again before contacting us.
