Do I need to be registered to purchase items from the shop?
Yes, to be able to make any purchase, you must first register in the shop (this registration is separate to that of the gallery and forum). This is for your own security, to keep track of any downloads registered to you, and to offer any support you might need during your purchase . You can be sure that your information will ONLY be used for the Digi Scraps Drive-In shop, and that your information will NEVER be shared or sold with any external parties.
How do I use Gift Certificates?
To use a gift certificate, add items to your cart and then view your cart, click the "Checkout" button and then choose the "Gift Certificate" option for payment method. The next screen will provide a box to enter your code. Proceed to checkout and choose additional payment methods if needed.
How do I check my Gift Certificates balance?
To check how much you have left on your gift certificate, click the gift certificates link in the left category menu after logging in. A Gift certificate verification box will appear where you can enter the code and check the balance you have remaining.
Why is my order showing "queued"?
We do not accept E-Check with Paypal at this time. If you have made an instant payment with Paypal or our credit card merchant AND your order is still not processed, please contact customer service AND provide us with your Paypal receipt and/or Paypal transaction number for your order so we can find your order more efficiently.
My order is showing "failed"?
If you have paid via pay pal, and the payment has been credited to your paypal account, please contact customer service AND provide us with your Paypal receipt and/or Paypal transaction number for your order so we can find your order more efficiently.
Why is my order showing "not processed"?
In most cases, this is a result of the server timing out and not being able to complete the order with Paypal. Go ahead and try your purchase again.
I completed my order, but haven't received my download links.
After giving our system a few minutes to process the order, check your SPAM folder to see if links were sent there. Also make sure that you have listed the correct email address in the store. You can also log onto your account in the store and see if links are shown in your order history. If you still have not received your digital downloads, please contact the store with your Paypal/Credit Card receipt, and order number.
I wasn't able to complete my download or the files are corrupt.
Log back into your DSDI account and look up your order in your order history. Attempt to download your products again from there or from the confirmation email we sent you upon payment. If your downloads are still corrupt, please contact our customer service department with your order numbers. In some cases, you will be directed to the individual designer to receive a new download link.
How long are my downloads available?
Your links will remain active for 72 hours only and you have 5 times to try to download your products. If you were not able to download in that time, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to request an order reset.
My EHD/computer crashed and I didn't back up my digital items, how can I get those files again?
We will be happy to reset your links if it has been within 90 days of purchase. We are not able to reset links to all purchases after 90 days.
I keep clicking ' add to cart' and nothing is happening. What is going on?
If you are using Internet Explorer, please check your security settings. If the setting is set to " High" the add to cart button will not work. Change the setting to " Medium High", which is appropriate for most websites, and " refresh" the page. You should be able to " add to cart" now.
I keep getting the " This page contains both secure and non-secure items" message. Should I be worried?
No, you should not worry about this message on the DigiScrapsDriveIn.com website, other sites, maybe.
DSDI has a SSL Certificate, just like PayPal and many other online sites. What this means is, the information that you provide when you sign up for an account or make a purchase is sent through a secure (meaning security encrypted) tunnel from your browser to the Digi Scraps Drive-In server. Everything in the Digi Scraps Drive-In store is threaded through this tunnel when you are on an 'https' page (check your address bar for the https and the little gold padlock). The only exceptions to this, and the typical cause of you getting this message, are the Top Site list icons at the bottom of the page and images not stored on the Digi Scraps Drive-In server. It is perfectly fine to click "No, do not display non-secure items." This will simply not show the Top Site banners at the bottom of the page and/or some images. It will not affect your shopping whatsoever.
You are having a sale right now, but the sale price isn't showing. Once you have completed shopping and are ready to checkout and pay, the discounted prices will be shown AT checkout. If you see any discrepancies in prices, please contact us at admin@DigiScrapsDriveIn.com.
How do I use a coupon?
1. To use a coupon code please ensure that you are first logged in to your customer account.
2. Add the relevant product/s to your shopping cart, and click on View cart in the left-hand sidebar.
3. At the bottom of this screen you will see the field where you should enter the coupon code (see image below). This field is not shown if you click on Checkout instead. Press Enter after you type the coupon code and you should see the discount applied. If you continue to have a problem using the coupon, please contact us at admin@DigiScrapsDriveIn.com.
